If I am not over weight, how can I benefit from this information?

Lot of times people who are not over weight simply because their lifestyle and metabolism is according to their body requirement, but still they may suffer from heart disease and other medical problem regardless of their normal weight. Definitely people who are not over weight have less chances of such medical condition under normal conditions. But knowledge is the power. Also time is money. Most people do not have much time to read. Eating foods with less fat and calories and less sugar will definitely help you to lose weight. Adding exercise to your plan may have a doubling effect. Eating foods which are fat cutters and limiting or avoiding foods which are fat builders may triples the effect. Reducing or avoiding alcohol also has great effect for those who drinks daily or more than normal quantity. Having routines in daily activities are crucial and most important is lose slowly and steadily and putting full efforts to maintain the routines. Eating three times a day and staying away from unhealthy snacks like pops, potato chips, sugary juices, fatty fast foods is the key to GET FIT, STAY FIT, FEEL GOOD and LOOK GOOD. No cigarette, no drugs, no alcohol are another contributing factors. Meditation to relieve stress and tension also are the contributing factors to lose weight. People with depression tends to slow down in their daily activities, tend to stay indoor rather than outdoor, tends to eat more and less careful with their healthy lifestyle, which in turn further effects the whole body in a negative way. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits also help the healthy lifestyle.
All these things are only possible if one has a desire to make changes and have determination to carry through the plan and perseverance to continue ones efforts to bring positive changes in ones lifestyle.
Majority people fail not because they did not take action but because they did not continue their efforts. One can only continue the efforts either one feels proud of it or one like to enjoy the new healthy lifestyle.
